Childbirth Classes in Nantucket beginning in September

In the last 3 months before her wedding a bride will spend on average 11 hours a week working on wedding details. That is 132 hours total. Preparing for the birth of your child is worth it! Education reduces fear which reduces pain in labor. (Learn about the fear-tension-pain cycle in class and how to free yourself from it). Make the time to learn about your options for birth on Nantucket.

From a recent graduate from the class, “We just finished classes with Sunny, my wife and I can’t find the words to describe how helpful the classes were… She’s so amazing! We love the way she explain things. I recommend her class to all new parents!!!! Thank you very much Sunny for your wonderful job, keep it up! Baby Júlia, Wife Charlene, and Bill Brazil”
