Childbirth Education Classes this Fall

It has been a very busy summer and fall filled with new beginnings. I am happy to report things are going well with midwifery school. I have completed my first two semesters and am charging forward taking as many classes as I can while keeping a full schedule teaching and supporting women.

Childbirth education classes are ramping up! November will be the last childbirth education series of the year. Beginning in January childbirth education will be offered every month! The class is in such demand with wonderful feedback that the hospital has decided to offer classes every month instead of every other month. Class will now meet twice a week and run for 3 weeks. In addition, once a month I will be teaching at the hospital silly sibling classes for big brothers and sisters to be and refresher classes for expectant parents that want to brush off their labor skills.

I am so excited about the resources for expectant parents on island. I hope that every new family feels supported on this incredible journey.
